faulty shower headpoor soundproofing
I found some issues . The bathroom needed updating. The shower curtain was awkward. The shower head kept falling off when I turned off the water. Soundproofing was poor! I heard guests in the corridor and neighbors using the toilet.

i was not happy with several things. there werent enough kitchen supplies. i needed to buy my own dish soap. also, the noise level was pretty bad. i could hear people talking loudly in the hallway at all hours and this made it hard to sleep well.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the pool area was lovely, i noticed the beds are comfortable. the breakfast had enough options and tasted good. the standard room with balcony was a great addition to my stay, i appreciated it.

The apartment was a good size with all you need such as a cooker and kettle. Staff was friendly too. It met my expectations.
I did not like that it was under the premise of nothing gets damaged. It seemed like they assumed we would cause damage.
